Our new stretch-woven Guide Vest keeps its priorities straight: protecting your core and your melon, while letting you breathe and think. The durable polyester/spandex fabric resists wind, breathes freely, and withstands day-in, day-out abuse. Full stretch enables full mobility, a Deluge® DWR (durable water repellent) treated face sheds snow, and the brushed interior warms and wicks. The helmet-compatible hood with laminated visor adjusts with a single pull, and the vest has a dual-adjust drawcord hem and two handwarmer pockets. Recyclable through the Common Threads Recycling Program.

Recycled Polyester
We recycle used soda bottles, unusable second quality fabrics and worn out garments into polyester fibers to produce many of our clothes.
Technology
Deluge® DWR
Patagonia’s proprietary durable water repellent fabric finish, Deluge DWR, lasts substantially longer than standard DWRs. Garments with the Deluge DWR finish have like-new repellency after years of extensive use.
